LET’S TALK

What We Do
Practical advisory for the work that matters most.
Your Challenges
The mission is clear.
The path forward feels less so.
Nonprofit leaders are being asked to do more with less—while the systems, processes, and operating models beneath the work are stretched thin.
Growth and change have outpaced the way work gets done.
Costs, vendors, and procurement decisions are becoming harder to manage.
Technology investments aren’t delivering their promise.
The next strategic move feels high-stakes and unclear.
How Plymouthy Helps
A better way to bring change into focus.
We start with your reality, create clarity around what matters, and stay close enough to help make the change stick.

A CASE STUDY
From paper-based partner requests to a modern ordering and scheduling platform serving 350+ partner organizations.
Hope & Comfort Hygiene Hub was managing partner ordering, inventory, fulfillment and scheduling through manual, paper-based processes. Plymouthy helped redesign the operation around an integrated digital platform.
01 — MODERNIZE THE OPERATION
Plymouthy implemented an Odoo-based environment connecting partner ordering, ecommerce, scheduling, inventory, and warehouse operations.
02 — DRIVE ADOPTION
Plymouthy led rollout and training, onboarding more than 350 partner organizations to the new system.
03 — TURN DATA INTO STRATEGY
A Phase 2 engagement built business intelligence that showed leadership where impact was being made, by product, partner, geography or legislator.
04 — STRENGTHEN THE CASE FOR IMPACT
The resulting intelligence fed strategic planning and determined where leadership's focus could drive the largest impact.
